GRANT EVALUATIONS
We are constantly striving to improve the impact of our grant awards on area non-profit organizations as well as the extended impact on their constituencies. The evaluation report is also your opportunity to give us feedback about your grantmaking experience with the Bay Area Community Foundation.
Please refer to your grant agreement contract to determine if your organization must submit an interim grant report. If the final project has been completed within six months of release of grant funds, submit a final grant evaluation report rather than an interim grant report.
